Susan Corrado Lifelong globally collected mixed media artist, Susan was the first child ever broadcast painting a picture on what was then called Educational TV, now PBS. Beginning in the mid 1980’s with her mixed media sculpture she acquired 100 commissions for large custom works in one year. Susan was accidentally medically poisoned, and had to cease all work for over four years. When recovered enough to work again, climbing a scaffolding to create and hang her work would no longer be an option. After recovering enough to walk without a walker, the jewelry, dollhouses and cabinets became the new creations/obsessions of choice. Selling to museum shops and independent buyers, these one of a kind creations have saved Susan’s heart and soul. Creating daily in Florida, and constantly on the look out for interesting recyclable antique and vintage components, you will find Susan exploring and playfully crafting new one of a kind pieces.
